You know, I have major trouble with these min/small bettors. I really don't know how to play these hands. I tend to just call down sometimes on the turn and river - almost just to see what the little fooker has.
I don't like raising the turn here after he's shown he'll call the flop. Although, if his cards were face up I probably would raise and expect him to fold!
Has anyone got any good strategies against guys like this? Folding to these tiny bets seem ridiculous but they seem to call very often when you raise them (as illustrated in this hand).
Running down players like this with mid pocket pairs is just asking for trouble. You have a loose player who was in the BB betting out at you on the flop. There are no obvious draws, and his range here is HUGE. He could have just about any 2 cards. Call the flop, see if he bets at you on the turn again.

I think that to keep firing into the accumulating scare cards was somewhat ambitious!
Although, he really should have folded to your push on the end.
Did he have a read on you, that you were capable of firing three barrels with a weak holding?

I sort of agree with Malinois's idea, although a lot of players will cling on to their weak hands unless you raise the flop.
